We warmly welcome you to the Vectorization Service. To keep providing our vector conversion service, clients should follow some important terms and conditions.
Those rules ensure that clients and we both stay protected while delivering the service. If you visit our website and get our service, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Our Service Commitment
Vectorization Service provides professional image-to-vector conversion manually. We do not use automated software for our final outputs. Every project is handled by skilled designers to ensure the highest quality.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains offensive, illegal, or low-quality imagery that cannot be realistically converted.
2. User Information and Security
To place an order and track your project, you have to provide some mandatory information. You are responsible for the information you provide.
We expected accurate information from you. All activities occurring under your account are your responsibility. If you want to update your information, please notify us immediately.
3. Payment and Pricing
Pricing- Our rates are based on the raster image’s difficulty level. It will be different for simple, medium, complex, and super complex images.
Payment- Services must be paid for in advance or via an agreed-upon invoicing while stating the project.
Currency- All transactions are processed in USD unless you have asked for alternatives.
Taxes- Customers are responsible for any local taxes applicable to their purchase.
4. Delivery Timelines
We work hard to deliver every project within the committed timeline. However, delivery times are estimates, and they could vary sometimes based on project complexity and current order volume. Vectorization Service is not liable for losses caused by minor delays in delivery.
5. Revision and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our main priority. We follow those things to ensure that-
Revisions: We offer unlimited revisions to ensure the output matches your original instructions.
New Instructions: If a revision request includes new design elements or instructions not present in the original order, additional fees will be applicable.
Refunds: Due to the digital process of our service, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If we are unable to meet the technical requirements of your project, a full refund may be issued.
It will be applicable if we totally failed to provide what you have asked for. If the order is delivered and approved, you can not ask for a refund later on.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Your Content: You retain full ownership of the images you upload. By submitting a project, you confirm that you have the permission to use and modify the image.
Our Work: After we receive the full payment, the final vectorized files belong to you for unrestricted use.
Showcase: Unless you request not to showcase your images, we reserve the right to display “before and after” samples of your project in our portfolio to demonstrate our skills.
7. Data Privacy and Files
We have rules for your privacy. All uploaded images and personal data are handled according to our Privacy Policy. We store your completed files on our secure servers for a limited time. It allows for downloading and revisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
Vectorization Service will not be considered liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. It’s also applicable to the inability to use our website.
We do not guarantee that our services will be 100% error-free. But we try our best for perfection in every project.
9. Changes to Terms
To keep the terms updated according to the latest guidelines, we have the full rights to bring new changes in our service requirements.
